SHOULDER

Shoulder pain is a more common health problem, especially in individuals who need to raise their arm overhead or require frequent repetitive shoulder movements. This condition can occur as a result of strain or disruption of the complex anatomical structures in the shoulder area. Shoulder pain may start as mild discomfort and occur during certain movements, but can sometimes be severe enough to limit the movement of the arm.

Shoulder pain is usually associated with strain or damage to the muscles, tendons and ligaments around the shoulder joint. The shoulder joint can be subjected to excessive pressure during various activities. The pain is usually felt on or near the shoulder, but over time it can spread and be felt in the arm.

In addition to this type of shoulder pain, some diseases that occur in internal organs such as the lungs, breast or heart can also lead to shoulder pain. In this case, shoulder pain is often accompanied by other symptoms and causes discomfort.

Treatment of shoulder pain requires identifying the underlying cause and creating an appropriate treatment plan. Various methods can be used, such as physical therapy, exercise programs, pain management medications or surgical intervention when necessary. It is also important to exercise regularly, adopt correct postural habits and avoid overuse to maintain shoulder health.
